GSL Three-Roller Idlers are heavy-duty conveyor components designed to provide continuous support for the loaded belt and bulk materials during transportation. Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these three-roll idler sets are widely used in belt conveyors for mining, coal, aggregates, cement, metallurgy, power plants, ports, and other bulk material handling applications.
A GSL three-roller idler assembly consists of one central carrying roller and two inclined side rollers, forming a trough-shaped supporting surface for the conveyor belt. This configuration helps increase the carrying capacity of the belt while keeping bulk materials concentrated in the center of the conveying line.
Efficient Belt Support and Troughing Design
The inclined side rollers help form a suitable trough angle, allowing the conveyor belt to maintain an effective material-carrying shape.
