Imperial Upper Self-Aligning Idler Brackets are specialized conveyor structural components designed to support and mount upper carrying self-aligning idler assemblies on belt conveyors with 36-inch to 84-inch belt widths. Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these brackets are suitable for heavy-duty applications in mining, coal handling, aggregates, cement, metallurgy, power plants, ports, and other bulk material handling industries.
Installed on the upper carrying side of the conveyor, the bracket provides a stable mounting platform for self-aligning idlers. Its structure is designed to maintain the proper position and alignment of the idler assembly while allowing the self-aligning mechanism to respond to lateral belt movement.
