Conveyor Impact Bed 2 is a heavy-duty belt support and impact protection system designed for conveyor loading and transfer points where bulk materials are discharged onto a moving belt. Compared with conventional impact roller assemblies, Conveyor Impact Bed 2 provides a continuous supporting surface, reducing unsupported gaps beneath the belt. It is suitable for demanding material handling applications involving coal, ore, rock, limestone, gravel, aggregates, and other bulk materials.
