Imperial Upper Conveyor Idler Brackets are structural mounting components designed to support carrying idlers on the upper side of belt conveyor systems with 36-inch to 84-inch belt widths. Manufactured by Hebei Jingxian Huamei Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these brackets are widely used in mining, coal handling, aggregates, cement, metallurgy, power plants, ports, and other bulk material handling applications.
Installed along the upper carrying side of the conveyor, the bracket provides a stable mounting platform for troughing and other carrying idler assemblies. Its main function is to maintain the correct position, height, and alignment of the rollers, helping the conveyor belt operate smoothly under loaded conditions.
